Order Minimums – Designed for a Flawless Install
We want every install to look full, seamless, and stunning — the kind of hair you’ll love from every angle.
For that reason, most orders require a minimum of three pieces:

3 bundles for a classic, full install, or
-
2 bundles + 1 closure for a natural, seamless finish.

Exceptions

Bundles 16 inches or shorter naturally provide more fullness, so you may purchase fewer pieces.

Ready-to-Ship Try-Me Lengths (select 12–18” styles) are available for customers who want to experience our quality before committing to a full install.
If your order falls below the required minimum for your chosen length, our team will reach out right away to help adjust your order for the best results.
Returns & Exchanges – Shop with Confidence
We want you to be absolutely confident in your investment. Every bundle, wig, and closure is carefully inspected and packaged to our exacting standards before leaving our facility.
Our Promise

Exchanges or store credit are available for items that are unused, unworn, and in original packaging (labels and ties intact) within 14 days of delivery.

Important Details

Hair that has been opened, worn, installed, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and quality standards.

Exchanges must be authorized via email before sending items back.

We do not offer refunds.
Shipping & Delivery Protection

Once an order leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, it is in their care.

For peace of mind, we recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout to safeguard against loss, theft, or damage in transit.

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, we’ll gladly assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Order Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — packages returned due to an incorrect address will require a reshipment fee.

For fraud prevention, billing and shipping addresses must match.

Made-to-Order Luxury Hair

Processing Time: 5–10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays)

This option allows us to prepare, quality-check, and package your hair fresh to our highest standards.
Order Updates: You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. If your order exceeds the stated processing time, please reach out for an update.
