After an order is in the hands of FedEx, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.
Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If package is return, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
To prevent fraud your billing and shipping address must be the same.
PRE ORDERS
Please allow up to 10-12 business days for all orders to process. (Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays) You will NOT receive any updates on your order while it's being processed. Please do not request tracking information or updates on your order unless the appropriate processing time for the order has passed, which is the amount of time you agreed to when order was placed. Tracking information will be automatically sent via email after order has been processed.
After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email. Shipping from will take 3-4 business days once processed.
ORDERS
We would like to inform you that there is a minimum purchase requirement of three pieces for all orders.
Any order placed below this minimum requirement will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

When will I receive my tracking number?You will receive your tracking number after 10-12 business days for processing your order.

Can I bleach the hair to 613?Absolutely! Because this is 100% single donor hair the hair can achieve the color 613

Should I blow dry the hair?We recommend letting the hair air dry as a first option. As the second option of needing to blow dry use the cool setting. If you have to apply heat to your bundles, use a heat protectant.

Why does processing take 10-12 business days?Processing takes 10-12 business days to allow us to fulfill your order. Our hair comes directly from Vietnam, where everything is handmade and takes a few days to make. Additionally, the hair is co-washed.
